New Issue: UBS prices $5.25 million 6.35% trigger yield notes linked to S&P, Nasdaq, Dow

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 9 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $5.25 million of 6.35% trigger yield notes due Oct. 29, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the final level of any index is less than 70% of the initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
