New Issue: TD Bank prices $20.57 million digital notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 7 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $20.57 million of 0% digital notes due March 8, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is at least 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be $1,075.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
