New Issue: JPMorgan prices $18.14 million digital notes linked to S&P, Dow

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $18.14 million of 0% digital notes due Feb. 15, 2023 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index closes at or above trigger level, 60% of initial level, during the life of the notes and finish above trigger level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 5.75%.

If any index closes below trigger level during the life of the notes but each index finishes at or above initial levels, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
