New Issue: TD Bank prices $26.42 million digital notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 20 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $26.42 million of 0% digital notes due Jan. 19, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final level of the index is greater than or equal to 85% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,060.20 per $1,000 principal amount. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% index decline beyond 15%.
