New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.5 million capped dual directional buffered equity notes on S&P

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.5 million of 0% capped dual directional buffered equity notes due Aug. 31, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the index, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 7%.

If the index falls by up to 15.65%, the return will be par plus the absolute value of the return of the index.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
