New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $6.36 million capped leveraged notes on S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 2 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $6.36 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due Dec. 28, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any index gain, capped at par plus 13.59%.

Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the index.
