New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $33.75 million autocallable buffered notes on S&P

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 10 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $33.75 million of 0% autocallable buffered notes due Nov. 8, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus a premium of 6.55% if the index closes at or above its initial level on Nov. 14, 2022.

If the notes are not called and the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 13.1%.

If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.

Investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% index decline beyond 10%.
