New Issue: BMO sells $3 million barrier enhanced return notes linked to EAFE ETF, Nasdaq, S&P

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 8 – Bank of Montreal priced $3 million of 0% barrier enhanced return notes due Nov. 4, 2026 linked to the lesser performing of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 222% of any gain of the least performing underlier.

Investors will receive par if the laggard underlier falls by up to 20% and will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer if it falls beyond the 80% barrier level.

BMO Capital Markets Corp. is the underwriter.
