New Issue: Citi sells $21.38 million callable equity-linked notes on S&P, Russell, Nasdaq

Chicago, Nov. 5 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $21.38 million of 8.55% callable equity-linked securities due Oct. 13, 2022 to the worst performing of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes will be callable at par on any monthly call valuation date after six months.

If the notes are not called and the final level of each index is at least 70% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the least performing index.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
