New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.58 million capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes on S&P

Chicago, Nov. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.58 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due Jan. 25, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final index level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2 times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of par plus 14.1%.

If the final index level is less than or equal to the initial index level but greater than or equal to the 90% buffer level, investors will receive par.

If the index falls by more than 10%, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
