New Issue: UBS sells $4.98 million capped leveraged notes on S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 30 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $4.98 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due July 7, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,240 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline from initial level.

UBS Securities LLC is the agent. Simon Markets LLC is acting as dealer.
