Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 29 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $7.65 million of 5.6% equity-linked securities due Nov. 18, 2022 tied to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B8 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
Interest will be paid monthly.
If the final level of each index is at least as great as 82.5% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% loss in the worse performing index beyond 17.5%.
