Chicago, Sept. 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3 million of 0% autocallable buffered enhanced participation equity notes due Aug. 23, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus 4.92% if the index is at or above the initial level on the Aug. 29, 2022 review date.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus two times any gain in the index.
Investors will receive par if the index declines by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
