New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.17 million autocallable yield notes on S&P 500

Chicago, Aug. 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.17 million of 3% autocallable yield notes due Nov. 25, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest will payable quarterly.

The notes will be called at par if the index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date other than the final date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the index finishes below its trigger level, 55% of its initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index.
