New Issue: JPMorgan prices $718,000 digital barrier notes linked to Russell, S&P

Buffalo, N.Y., July 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $718,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due June 30, 2022 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If all indexes finish at or above initial levels, the payout at maturity will be par plus 8%. If any index falls below its initial level but finishes at or above its 75% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing index from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
