New Issue: GS Finance sells $6.14 million buffered participation securities on index basket

Buffalo, N.Y., June 30 –GS Finance Corp. priced $6.14 million of 0% buffered participation securities due June 28, 2027 linked to an equally weighted basket containing the S&P 500 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 28% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond the 28% buffer.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as dealer.
