New Issue: Barclays sells $5.44 million buffered SuperTrack notes on S&P 500

Chicago, June 17 – Barclays Bank plc priced $5.44 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due June 7, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times any gain in the index, subject to a maximum return of 18.8%.
If the index falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.176471% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
