New Issue: Barclays sells $1.99 million buffered SuperTrack notes on S&P 500

Los Angeles, May 17 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.99 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due March 31, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return.
If the index falls by up to 10.5%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline beyond 10.5%.
