New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $287,000 digital barrier notes on S&P 500, Nasdaq

Columbus, Ohio, April 9 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $287,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due March 30, 2023 linked to the lowest performing of the S&P 500 index and the Nasdaq 100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 16.5%.

If the lower performing index falls by no more than 30%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the lesser performing index below its initial level.
