New Issue: Citigroup prices $883,000 barrier digital notes on Dow, S&P

Chicago, March 29 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $883,000 of 0% barrier digital securities due March 31, 2022 linked to the worst performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final level of the lesser-performing index is greater than or equal to its initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 11%. If the worse performer declines but finishes above 75% of its initial level, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the lesser performing index’s decline from its initial level.
