New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.29 million capped enhanced notes linked to S&P 500

Los Angeles, March 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.29 million of 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due March 18, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times any index gain, capped at par plus 15.54%.

Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
