New Issue: UBS prices $2.07 million trigger yield notes linked to S&P

Chicago, March 1 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $2.07 million of 2.25% trigger yield notes due Feb. 22, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the final level of the index is less than 50% of the initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to all losses.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
