New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $9.28 million digital buffered notes on S&P 500

New York, Feb. 18 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $9.28 million 0% digital buffered notes due Dec. 21, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above 87.5% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be the fixed payment of $1,149.10 per $1,000 note.

Investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline beyond 12.5%.
