New York, Feb. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.64 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 3, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 200% of any index gain up to a maximum payout of $11.435 per $10.00 PLUS.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
