New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $6.96 million PLUS notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 5 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $6.96 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities (PLUS) due May 5, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any index gain, subject to a maximum return of par plus 13.5%. Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
