New Issue: JPMorgan sells $14.29 million capped buffered enhanced participation notes on S&P

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $14.29 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due April 25, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,243 per $1,000 of notes. Investors will receive par if the index is flat or declines by 12.5% or less and will lose 1.1429% for every 1% that it declines beyond 12.5%.
