New Issue: Citigroup prices $4.13 million buffer securities on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 23 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $4.13 million of 0% buffer securities due June 23, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 14.5%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% per 1% drop beyond 10%.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
