New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $772,000 autocallable jump securities on Russell, S&P

Chicago, Dec. 14 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $772,000 of 0% jump securities with autocallable feature due Jan. 7, 2026 linked to the worst performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus an 11% annualized call premium if each index closes at or above its call threshold level on any semiannual call date. The call threshold level for each index is 95% of its initial level.

If each index finishes at or above its call threshold level, the payout will be par plus 55%. If the worst performing index finishes below its call threshold level but at or above its downside threshold, 75% of its initial level, the payout will be par. If the worst performing index finishes below its downside threshold, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of that index from its initial level.
