New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $6.12 jump autocalls on S&P 500

Chicago, Dec. 11 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $6.12 of 0% jump securities with autocallable feature due Dec. 3, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus 6.6% a year if the index closes at or above its initial level on an annual determination date.

If the notes are not called and the final level of the index is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 39.6%.

If the final level of the index is less than its initial level but greater than or equal to its downside threshold level, 80% of its initial level, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
