New Issue: Barclays prices $7.4 million buffered fixed-coupon notes on Nasdaq, S&P

New York, Nov. 16 – Barclays Bank plc priced $7.4 million of 6.5% buffered fixed-coupon notes due Oct. 26, 2021 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the lowest performing index finishes below the 80% buffer level, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline of the worst performer beyond the 20% buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by Barclays Bank plc.
