New Issue: JPMorgan prices $800,000 capped lookback return enhanced notes on S&P

Chicago, Nov. 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $800,000 of 0% capped lookback return enhanced notes due Nov. 3, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The initial index level will be the lowest closing level of the index during the period from and including the pricing date to and including Nov. 13, but it will not be greater than the closing level of the index on the pricing date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any index gain, capped at par plus 16%

Investors will be exposed to any losses.
