New Issue: Citi sells $130,000 3% autocallable equity-linked notes on indexes

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 2 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $130,000 of 3% autocallable equity-linked securities due Oct. 30, 2025 tied to the worst performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes will be automatically redeemed at par plus the coupon if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date after one year.

If the notes are not called and the final level of each index is at least 52% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the lesser performing index.
