New York, Nov. 2 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $9.44 million 0% market-linked securities with upside participation to a cap and fixed percentage buffered downside due Oct. 6, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the index gain, up to par plus 29%.
If the index falls by up to 20%, investors will receive par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline.
