New Issue: Citigroup sells $4.31 million 6.6% equity-linked securities on indexes

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 9 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $4.31 million of 6.6% equity-linked securities Oct. 5, 2021 tied to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes carry a coupon of 6.6% per year, payable quarterly.

If the final level of each asset is at least as great as 80% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% loss beyond 20%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
