New Issue: RBC sells $423,000 barrier booster notes linked to S&P 500

Los Angeles, Oct. 1 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $423,000 of 0% barrier booster notes due March 23, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains by more than 25%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain.
If the index gains by up to 25%, the payout will be par plus 25%.
If the index finishes flat or falls by up to 25%, the payout at maturity will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
