Citigroup plans to price autocallable securities linked to Dow, S&P 500

By Emma Trincal

New York, Sept. 22 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price autocallable securities due Sept. 28, 2022 linked to the lesser performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

After six months, the notes will be automatically called at par of $10 plus 9.4% per year if each asset closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly observation date, except the final one.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless the final level of either index is less than its barrier level, 75% of its initial level, in which case, investors will be exposed to the decline of the lesser-performing asset from its initial level.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.

The notes will price on Sept. 23.

The Cusip number is 17328WXW3.
