New Issue: UBS prices $5.17 million digital notes linked to S&P 500

Los Angeles, Sept. 8 – UBS AG London Branch priced $5.17 million of 0% digital notes due Dec. 28, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above 85% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 14.6%. Investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% index decline beyond 15%.
