New Issue: Barclays sells $2.19 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to S&P, Dow

Chicago, Aug. 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.19 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Aug. 26, 2026 tied to the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1 times any gain the lesser performing index, capped at par plus 60%.

Investors will receive par if the index finishes flat or falls by 20% or less.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.

Barclays is the agent.
