New Issue: JPMorgan sells $6.28 million digital equity notes linked to S&P 500

New York, Aug. 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.28 million of 0% digital equity notes due Sept. 14, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to 82.83% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,055 per $1,000 of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.2073% for every 1% index decline beyond 17.17%.
