JPMorgan plans autocallable buffered return enhanced notes on S&P

New York, July 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% autocallable buffered return enhanced notes due Feb. 2, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will be called at par plus at least 6% if the index closes at or above its initial level on June 28, 2021.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on July 28 and settle on July 31.

The Cusip number is 48132MTW1.
