New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.4 million capped leveraged notes on S&P

Chicago, July 15 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.4 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due Jan. 11, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,383 per $1,000 of notes.

Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the index.
