New Issue: UBS prices $2.33 million capped buffered notes on S&P 500

Chicago, July 13 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $2.33 million of 0% capped buffered notes due Aug. 11, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,075 per $1,000 of notes.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
