New Issue: UBS sells $6.18 million digital index-linked notes linked to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., June 29 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $6.18 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due Oct. 21, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 85% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,171 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
UBS Securities LLC is the underwriter.
