New Issue: JPMorgan sells $350,000 uncapped contingent buffered notes on S&P 500

Los Angeles, June 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $350,000 of 0% uncapped contingent buffered equity notes due June 2, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index below its initial level.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
