New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.18 million bear market PLUS linked to S&P

Olympia, Wash., June 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.18 million of 0% bear market Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Jan. 5, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final index level is less than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 3% for every 1% that the index declines, capped at par plus 15%. If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout will be par minus 1% for every 1% that the index increases.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is handling distribution.
