New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $861,000 trigger participation notes linked to Dow, S&P

Olympia, Wash., June 1 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $861,000 of 0% trigger participation securities due May 30, 2025 linked to the lesser performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain of the lesser performing index.

If the lesser performing index falls by up to 50%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to losses if the lesser performing index finishes below the 50% trigger level.
