Barclays intends to price buffered SuperTrack linked to S&P

Olympia, Wash., May 18 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due May 30, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return.
If the index declines up to 15%, investors will receive par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on May 26.
The Cusip number is 06747PTW9.
