JPMorgan plans buffered return enhanced notes on S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., May 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% buffered return enhanced notes due May 21, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1525 times the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 15% or less and will lose 1.17647% for every 1% that it declines beyond 15%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price May 18.

The Cusip number is 48132KR80.
