Olympia, Wash., May 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $420,000 of 0% digital contingent buffered notes due May 26, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index gains, finishes flat or falls by up to 20%, payout at maturity will be par plus 11.06%.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the index’s decline from its initial level.
