New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.45 million digital contingent buffered notes on S&P

Los Angeles, April 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.45 million of 0% digital contingent buffered notes due May 3, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index gains, finishes flat or falls by up to 20%, payout at maturity will be par plus 12.1%. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the index’s decline from its initial level.
